Located on the western coastline of Praslin, Tropique Villa enables you to spend your holiday at your own peace and leisure. This self-catering establishment consists of small typical Seychellois bungalows , 2 are facing the  garden , while 4 are sea- front, each has Aircon, furnished kitchen, king-sized bed  , safe, a patio or verandah  .

4 appartments  and 2 bungalows with one spacious room , aircondition, shower, kitchen, verandah or patio ,safe and tv in all the rooms. There is no room service and restaurant , however there are restaurants within walking distance to the establishment.There is no swimming pool and no facilities for the disabled. Le Tropique Villa is about 25 metres from the beach.

Situé à Grand Anse , sur la côte ouest , Tropique Villa vous permettra de passer des vacances en toute liberté, les pieds dans l’eau. Ses petits bungalows typiquement Seychellois. 2 appartements donnent sur le jardin , et 4  grands studios avec vue sur la mer. Tous disposent d’une grande chambre ,TV, climatisation, cuisine equippée, salle de douche, coffre fort, grand lit et verandah.
